In PYP 2 we inquire about people's roles and responsibilities within a community.
We learn how to value working together and appreciate our differences.
We learn strategies to work together cooperatively while developing our conflict resolution skills to become the best version of ourselves.
We encourage students to take action by developing positive attitudes in the community. They become more aware that their actions might not only affect themselves, but also the people around them and their environment.
Actions are accompanied by responsibility as well as consequences. Students are becoming more aware of who they are and what changes they can do.
Students explore learning and awareness of different strategies to enhance independence, creativity and enthusiasm by incorporating inquiry, concept and standards-based approaches into the curriculum.
