The school has a language support department (EAL) that provides addition language support to students who require it.
All teachers at CAIS are language teachers. Teachers must explicitly teach the language of their subject.
The school respects and fosters all students’ mother tongues in order to ensure that they continue to develop their understanding in all subject areas as they develop their English.
The school enrolls all students who are between 3-19 years old. For those from PreK to PYP2 students need to be interviewed by the Principal or Coordinators. PYP3 and up students need to take an Entrance Examination.
