Extra Curricular Activities
An important value of Changchun American International School and one of the cornerstones of the IBO program is a broad range of activities in addition to Academics that enrich students' lives and that allow them to more easily connect with the world around them.
Clubs
CAIS sponsors Club Activity Classes which meet once a cycle on Day 6. CAIS offers many clubs. The club classes at CAIS are a lot of fun!
Creativity, Action, Service (CAS)
An IBO Diploma Program requirement, CAIS is implementing part of the CAS Program: Creativity, Action and Service in the Middle Years Program and the full range of activities in the Diploma Program.
The Creativity component includes a broad range of activities in the arts and in the implementation of service projects.
The Action component generally involves Sports, but may also involve travel or camping, and involvement in projects with an international focus.
The Service component involves service within the local community or communities in need.
